Come to a fundraising Moves Fitness evening at All Saints' Church Hall, Queens Road, Hersham 7.30-8.30pm.  All proceeds to the Saturday Club run by Elmbridge Crossroads, providing respite care for parents with disabled children.

Come and have fun - and raise some money for Crossroads!

Alastair Paterson, 58, has now returned from his 70mile cycle race in the blistering heat of South Africa and has already raised £3,500 for Crossroads.

The event followed a gruelling route that began and ended in Cape Town and covers much of Table Mountain National Park along coastal areas of both the Indian and Atlantic Oceans.
